Cleaners – (Dubai) Job Description

Cleaners at Devyani International are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in restaurants, kitchens, dining areas, offices, and other company facilities. The role ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers, staff, and visitors. Devyani Group operates international food brands and hospitality services in the Middle East and other regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Wash windows, glass surfaces, tables, and furniture.
• Refill toiletries, soap dispensers, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow company hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Support deep cleaning activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work tools and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic education or High School certificate.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.
• Good teamwork and discipline.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
