A Salesman at Almarai is responsible for selling and distributing company products such as dairy, juice, bakery, poultry, and food items to customers within an assigned route or territory. Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and sell Almarai products to customers on assigned routes.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product distribution in all assigned outlets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.
- Monitor stock levels and place accurate orders based on market demand.
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate sales records.
- Minimize product wastage and damages.
- Follow company policies related to trade, quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Identify new sales opportunities and increase market share in assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the sales vehicle and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Certificate or Diploma.
- Experience in FMCG or van sales is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license (for van sales positions).
