“Supporting production performance by managing daily slaughter operations in alignment with production targets and budget. This role involves monitoring the entire slaughter process, ensuring adherence to Meat Production standards, and identifying opportunities to reduce losses at different stages. The Production Supervisor will analyze production data, report variances, and take corrective actions to improve product quality and efficiency. Additionally, the role includes the development and implementation of SOPs, staff training on best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with both the team and management.
Other Job Specification
- Must have 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a meat production environment.
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
- Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management.
