Job Specification
Managing daily packing operations to meet production targets and quality specifications, ensuring products are packed according to customer requirements. This role involves monitoring packing efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and reducing product losses during the packing process. The Production Supervisor will provide performance reports, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing SOPs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
