- Bachelor Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering
To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within the management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, within the Quality and Safety Standards
Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage
- Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage
- Must have experience with PLC, VSD, Soft starters, motor control drives.
- Experience in instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
- Background experience in MV/LV equipment (transformer).
- Experience in HVAC ( Trane & Savored Chillers),
- Experience in water boilers
Ensure proper operation of Hatchery. Coordinate daily tasks with Supervisor, Team Manager, subcontractors, and other departments. Review all electrical /mechanical drawings and verify implementation according to approved specifications. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and quality requirements. Prepare technical reports, daily progress updates, and documentation. Design/modification of system for improvement. Will be involved in budgeting and proper utilization of spare parts/critical stocks. Prepare Maintenance Program
