“To execute the slaughtering process with precision and efficiency, removal of heads, performing legging, dehiding, gutting, slaughter and bleeding, flanking, splitting, and spinal cord removal while ensuring animal welfare standards are maintained. The role requires strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures, contributing to departmental targets for throughput and product quality in full compliance with QSHE policies and standard operating procedures.
• Diploma in Meat processing or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience in a Modern Meat production Industry, specifically in slaughter operations.”
