- Diploma/Bachelor Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- To plan and organize the work of all farm maintenance staff on your team to ensure that all machinery and
equipment is maintained to the required standard in a timely fashion and at the lowest possible cost to the
company.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage
- Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage.
- Must have experience with PLC, VSD, Soft starters, motor control drives.
- Experience in instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
- Background experience in MV/LV equipment (transformer).
- Experience in HVAC ( Trane & Savored Chillers), water boilers.
Ensure proper operation of Hatchery. Coordinate daily tasks , workshop supervisors, technicians s. Review all electrical drawings and verify implementation according to approved specifications. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and quality requirements. Prepare technical reports, daily progress updates, and documentation. Spare parts inventory. Hands on experience in trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical equipment. Implement Maintenance Program and keep records.
