To manage a team efficiently to intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.
- Experienced in modern Hatcheries with high volume DOC production.
- Unit Manager in Hatchery will be responsible for production planning, biosecurity, staff management, chick quality etc. of the hatchery.
