- Diploma/Bachelor Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- To manage a self-directing multi-skilled team to provide maintenance service to meet internal customer requirement and ensure that all process machinery/equipments meet the management performance requirements.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing set-up, experience in Hatchery an advantage.
- Must have experience with PLC, VSD, Soft starters, motor control drives.
- Experience in instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
- Experience with water pumps (replacing mechanical seal, water seals and bearings), plumbing works, welding and fabrication.
Responsibility in handling the day to day activities of maintenance section to ensure the efficient operation of machineries and equipment in Hatchery. Receiving and assigning work to subordinates. Responsible in monitoring of stocks and inventories for workshop use. Information input to log books and service cards. Ensure that the company Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Involving outside works such as water pumps monitoring and maintenance, plumbing works, welding works and fabrication, electrical and mechanical.
